Bank receptionist

Limited-term contract

As a Bank receptionist your missions will be as follow:

Under the responsibility of the Branch Manager:

  • Welcome, inform, and guide clients and prospects.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard and incoming calls.
  • Promote automated banking services.
  • Handle day-to-day banking operations.
  • Schedule appointments for clients and prospects on behalf of the branch.
  • Manage the cash register and/or fund counting (depending on the location). Ensure compliance with all operations related to your role.
Required profile
  • Ideally hold a second-year university level in banking, commerce, or equivalent.
  • Previous successful experience in a similar position.
  • Autonomy, dynamism, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good listening skills and commercial awareness.
