B2B Sales Representative
The position of B2B Sales Representative at our company located in Mornant focuses on customer relations, teamwork, field prospecting, and client portfolio retention in the southern Lyon metropolitan area.
As a B2B Sales Representative your missions will be as follow:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
- Understanding the specific needs of clients and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensuring regular follow-up to guarantee their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Being the primary point of contact for clients to address their requests and resolve any issues.
- Suggesting improvements or additional solutions based on client needs.
- Identifying potential prospects within the assigned area.
- Conducting field visits to meet prospects in person.
- Presenting company products or services convincingly.
- Building trust with prospects and persuading them to become clients.
Client Portfolio Retention:
- Developing retention strategies to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients.
- Keeping up with market trends and informing clients about new offers or product/service updates.
- Regularly assessing client satisfaction and implementing corrective actions if needed.
- Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in field prospecting and sales presentations.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
- Results-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Proficiency in computer and communication tools.
- Valid driver's license (Type B) and personal vehicle.
