Go Kart Manager
The position of Karting Area Manager is a management role that involves decision-making in collaboration with the company's management team. The ideal candidate will aim to provide the best possible experience for customers at our karting track. The position entails various responsibilities, including safety management, event organization, team management, and customer satisfaction.
As a Go Kart Manager your missions will be as follow:
Karting Area Management:
- Supervising all activities related to the karting area, including daily operational management.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the track by prioritizing customer safety and enforcing driving rules.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience by providing high-quality service and addressing customer needs and requests.
- Managing complaints and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Organizing and overseeing special events, competitions, or races for customers.
- Implementing promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing clientele.
- Previous experience in managing a karting track or a similar environment.
- Excellent customer relation skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality service.
- Good team management skills, motivating and supervising staff.
- Strong focus on customer safety and risk management.
- Valid driver's license (Type B) and personal vehicle.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability on weekends and holidays.
